How to make a redirect page on wp ?

Hello everybody

Just wanna to know how to make a redirect page on wp.

I have a site about downloads and the downloads links are an external links (Like RS,MF ..etc) I heard that to encourage my site seo i have to make a redirect page for every link

Example :

The original page has an internal link which contains anchor (Download Now) .. when the visitor click "Download Now" he moves to a new internal page contain ( You will be redirect in 5 second) after that five second he moves to the external link

Any wp plugin that allow this trick ?
