I imagine you would get a lot of back links for "Bukkake" since the mans name was "John Bukkake."

I don't really get this part. Why does he have to divert the links? What purpose did it serve? Sorry I may have missed the point like a boulder, but I'm horrible at the concepts of links and redirects.

In a nutshell, is he attracting link to the sex site, or to the medical site?
