how to make a paypal?

i was trying to make a paypal account but i found it's banned in my country.
so i seen some sellers with VBA and VCC, can i make paypal in other country
i mean does this method still working?
i asked 2 sellers if possible but got not half one answer don't want to waste money buying VBA and VCC if doesn't work

Yeah, that's still possible. Just get the VPS or VPN. Select location preferably, Canada. Use the fake address but put the real mobile number and you may use the virtual number such as CallHippo and it will cost you $15 per month. The number is just for safety if ever they send you a code.

Once the account setup you can use the VCC from any seller such as @secondeye.

Then make small transactions like 3 to 5 of 10 to 50 dollar.

Now you are free to use but never make huge shots such as 1000+

Select the best proxy and never switch it, always use the same IP to login.
 
whats the point of making small transactions anyway? vcc will work perfectly for that
i think the biggest value proposition in paypal is to sell something to americans who are flush with cash
but account has to be properly set up in eu to avoid blocks
and better to use bank account to withdraw from pp, its a huge green flag for them
 
It's better to get ready to use paypal account, instead of trying to create yourself as it require some experience.
