hello My account at paypla about to get banned. I would like to make a new one.
I know i need to rest the ip address and new email and new address.
What else would i need? a new account? will paypla ask ID for the new accounts? does not paypal will ask me for SS and find out that i am same old banned peron? please help with any information you may have Thank you

How do you make an IP rest?

Since you had an account before, you should know what they ask for.

Also, please remember that you are now entering the realm of identity fraud and banking fraud.
Considering the reputation the USA has in these fields and your current post it would be easier to take you to jail than to take candy of a baby I think.

Try and safe your account from getting banned.
If you can't and didn't find a friend in Jesus, you might find a friend in Google.

bank fraud Id fraud? dont know what you mean.. i am talking about making a new paypal account not fraud or scam....

I don't think you will go to jail over a ban by Paypal.

However, if you are using a fake ID to identify yourself to a registered bank, you are punishable by law.
If you are collecting funds through a registered bank on a fake name, that is punishable by law.

I could be wrong here of course. Please correct me if I am.

On a side note: Since you are an Illegal alien in the USA, I assume you have some other nationality and ssn. Why not use that one?

Other than that, if you are willing to take risks, which can be reduced somewhat, you could also check out the sellers section of BHW and just buy one account.
