How to make a landing page for free?

Hey,

There's an app called paytm in India. I want to integrate it's API in a landing yet functional page so that user can enter that site. Log in and so the payment. Can this all be done free? Considering paytm's API is free to use.

Google or search BHW, Wordpress ? Weebly ? Tons of free sources to create landing pages. Wix is another one

Use wordpress with paytm payment plugin. Its not that hard and almost free.

Wix is probably the easiest.
