How to make a good, personal-like email?

Hi everybody!

I'm really new to IM, actually I haven't received my first dollar yet so sorry if I'm asking a noob question.
Because... I am a noob.

Due to a security issue with my University webmail system, I got acess to something like 10k emails, including mostly students but also teachers and other employees.
I will sort the emails per gender and I want to send ClickBank offers directly to their inboxes, weight loss to females and something to males (haven't decided yet).

My question is: how to make a good email offering a product?
Should I include as much information as possible or keep it short?
What should I focus in?
And also, can I send it from a gmail account? won't they punish me for spam or something?

Whatever you do, make sure your university doesn't find your name. They could easily contact clickbank, and ask for the name of your username.

Getting those emails from gmail account will end up banned your gmail account. So you should try to buy a VPS/Hosting package and setup email marketing software.

Thanks guys for the replies. Are there any free tools for that? I don't have any money to invest atm.
