Pretty good logo. Hire someone on fiverr to make you a good logo. There are so many efficient designers.

Step 2: Apply every effect. Drop shadow. Glow. Bevel. More drop shadow. More drop shadow.

You could search for some photoshop typography tutorials so that you could come up with a logo having the text devolr on it.
