Sorry if it is the wrong place to do a post about this

I am doing a give away of the service which I provide [on Linkedin]

But I know I will struggle to reach people as I don't have a lot of connections.

My question is, how to reach SEVERAL people on Linkedin with a give away when you don't have a lot of people in your network?

Make the giveaway very attractive and make sharing the competition a prerequisite for qualifying entry.
 
There are giveaway plugins that are super good. I've used one to build a mailing list in my niche 25 times quicker than anything else I've tried. Research giveaway plugins and you'll probably find it straight away, it's the one that's not cheap and it pretty much runs on autopilot incentivising social sharing.
 
Paid ads, lay influencer, and make sure people to join they must share it on their SM.

In addition to the share to participate you could also do follow as either prerequisite or a higher chance to win (ie. using gleam)

as I am doing it on Linkedin, will it be okay to ask them to share on their feed? or is it better to ask them to tag people?
 
Make is to:
1. connect with you
2. share the giveaway
to enter.

Also just get a good profile and connect with LOTS of people in the few days before.
 
Are giveaways a good marketing strategy in LinkedIn? Aren't most people there utilizing LinkedIn for connecting with professionals, work, companies and other work related opportunities?
 
I once made a giveaway go viral whereas people needed to mention my Instagram profile in their story in order to enter the giveaway.
The mention was being verified by a PHP script, and it worked amazingly.
