How to make a flash games website?

Its really hard, the niche is kinda saturated and if you want your gaming website to stand out you will need coding skills that seems way beyond your understanding.

The things you could do is to create a smaller niche, like not Flash gaming in general but motocross only or any other popular sub-section of already huge existing website.
