how to make a facebook page verified?

Alot oft threads with same question 
i am also interested in verifiy my artpage. I tried the contact form but it doesnt work. I changed the pagename to my artist name and will try it again. I found a lot of YouTube stars like lets play videos and the most of them has verified pages. For example delayLP
with 7k fans only on facebook. I have the same amount on likes for my image postings... but i think its easier to create a YouTube channels...pay adwords for getting a lot of follower and try to verify the page
