Okay so I want to make a site that leads people to the 'Unlock your code now' page where a pop up is displayed that says to first complete an offer. I'm not sure how to do this and whether there is a wordpress plugin, but I want it to look as professional as possible and cheap (if not free) to make. I was wondering if there are any websites that do this justice. Also, for people that have sites like this what do you use? edit: Sorry if this is against the rules, I am a noob and I wasn't sure where to put this, apologies.
Use Wordpress, find a nice professional theme. You can find loads on the member downloads section. Register to a CPA OR PPD network. Make sure to have your website ready by then as most of the time they will ask you for it. Creating a site is not the hard part. The hard part is getting traffic. Good luck.
