How to make a anonymous setup?

I was thinking of the following:

-TailsOS to a USB-stick
-Put it to a used laptop
-Buy Offshore VPN + VPS that won't have any backlog
- Wi-Fi connection always when you connect to the VPS

Now what I'm wondering is that how does this all come together? Is there any guide to it?

Like the initial setup: First I would guess that I would have to turn off the internet connection from the laptop while installing the TailsOS or boot from the USB-stick to the TailsOS. After the install / boot I would connect to the internet in public Wi-Fi and then use some program to connect to the VPS. After I'm in the VPS would I then connect the VPS to the VPN and then I would be anonymous or is the VPN for the my own laptop to use?

How would I have to setup this to leave no tracks between the VPS and my laptop? Or what's the ideal setup? Say I would want to host a site that's quite blackhat on the VPS.

OP, here is what I will do and what I know works by personal experience:

- I will use TOR browser ONLY in your specific case, for 99.99% chance of anonymity.

From scratch, it'll be a new I.P, always using TOR browser and making money order payments only. That's how I'll ensure
99.99% anonymity without laptop tracks.

There was a guy that created havoc with a recent $2k USD investment I trusted him, the above is what I'll do if
I ever need to do what you're intending too, or as as recently into my attention, nuke a guy I once trusted, never
get an investment back, or at least an authentic apology. That's how you also do permanent
ripoffreport reports without repercussions. Of course, I believe in karma, so be very diligent for why
you don't want to leave a trace, more often than not, there's no need for it.

Add a VPS to TOR and it greatly diminishes your anonymity, but there are still ways to pay without
electronic means. TOR and VPS speed is just ideal. Played with it once, definitely hoping not
to use it ever again...just no need. Others use TOR and the combination of Bitcoin to evade taxes,
but that's another story I won't even entertain as I love my bed too much:)

Others here should have good ideas as well, perhaps even better..gl mate.

OP if you're looking to tell Uncle Sam how much they'll take out of your pockets, which is tempting,
I won't ever try this. But to entertain your possible/potential authentic puzzle, taking payments from
alternatives like altcoins and using bitcoins will get you a payment exchange start to anonymity. BTCfog to
diminish any payments/coins getting tracked. If in the odd case you're still uncomfortable or unsure, why do
it in the first placeo_O If not, getting another anonymous protocol like Zerocoin could work.

I've family moons away from me tracking everything I earn just for fun with the touch of a keyboard , so
what you might be attempting to do would be suicide on my end. If cash secrecy is your purpose, I think
you might start solving the puzzle with the above basics. Just make sure/remember to stay away from
conventional payments systems/ regular bank deposits. You aren't in the horse or pawn shop biz by
any chance:rolleyes: Yet again what do I know, a lot more folks here may answer your
puzzle way better than me below. Good topic, could be better if more comprehensive answers come:D

Thank you for your care but I'm not really doing anything so bad as people seems to think. I'm just super paranoid.

This is true and there is always bitcoin. To be honest I'm not even sure if I really need to go for all this trouble but as said: I'm quite paranoid.

Now this is just stupid comment because in the original post I never said that I'm not scared or feared. I would even say that my original post implies fear.

Thank you for actually answering the main question but I need the VPS for the site I'm going to host. It needs to be up 24/7 and not be connected to my main pc/laptop
