How to make a 2 column list in alphabetical order?

What I want to do is make a page in wordpress that shows all my posts in alphabetical order and on the top of the page I want to have a line with all the alphabet letters (A B C D E F G...) and whenever somebody clicks a certain letter it automatically navigates to the letter below.
