No responsibilities, no worries, nothing.

you can teach English or any language, just create posts on social groups or city listings sites offering skype video classes for X amount of $, I know friends that teach, Spanish and other tech English using that method

At first focus on your skill , than you apply your skill on right place. Its not impossible to earn 30$ per day but need to achieve skill for any work.
