Hello ,

can i make 2 pinterest account if i connect from two different router but with the same computer?

Of course you can do it. Just make sure to leave some space between them. Make one today and one tomorrow to be sure will not get banned.

This is correct. You must also make sure that your accounts "behave" normally to avoid suspicions from Pinterest. Never think of blasting just right after you created them.
