The most important question is :- Why do you want to make $100 million?
WAR!!!
It wont bring you happiness. It will in fact bring you more stress unless you do it right and have the right reasons behind it. A LOT more stress.
Well, I respectfully disagree. But even if you're right, I welcome the stress. Can't have WAR without stress, so no problem. Gimme $100 mil!
Peak happiness is more like :-
Earn $20k per month working 20 hours a week. Keep your cost of living under $5k/mo. Save the rest.
After 3-4 years you'll have $900k in savings.
You'll be pretty solid at that point. Ultra low stress. Really happy. Really free. And you might find you want to create a great business by investing some money, or you might be happy just continuing doing what you're doing and saving until you have $3 mil in the bank after 15 years.
$100 million is pointless, generally.
If you want stuff..
What will you do?
Buy a big house? Buy a yacht? Fly private all the time? Stay in the best hotels?
Great.. It won't make you happy. It'll actually make you feel pretty empty because you'll realize that there's nothing left in life to strive for.
Big houses REALLY SUCK.
What can you do with them?
Have parties? Get drunk? Impress girls? That gets boring pretty damn fast and you just attract a load of freeloaders.
The only time a bigger house is nice is if you've got a big family and you fill it up with kids.
A yacht is fucking boring, really.
It's a thing. Made of metal. They have bars.. woohoo. I can drink a whisky on my yacht, while looking at the sea.
Or, I can just travel to a beach with my $3k/mo and have a whisky on the beach looking out at the sea. Or even better, I can focus on health and fitness, and do some yoga on the beach and feel even better.
The reason most people think they want millions is because they're seeking to fill a big giant hole inside themselves.
Money can't fill it. Trust me.
You only fill it by working on yourself. Get your diet right, get healthy, realize what matters in life. Realize that happiness for men comes from fulfillment and not from money.
But, if you've done all the internal work, and you reach that place inside where you're happy living for $3k/mo and you just feel so much energy/excitement inside that you want to BUILD STUFF. Then here's what you do :-
Assuming you can make $3k/mo..
If you can't, and you're super poor, then step 1 is to get a job. Cut your living expense to the bare bones and leave yourself $500/mo to grow your business.
Second, build up a small consulting type business where you offer some service to businesses. Learn something if you have no skills.
Once you hit about $10k-$15k/mo, quit your job. Don't take risks. Billionaires rarely take big risks.
Grow your business as much as you can, exchanging your time for money. You can get up to $50k-$100k/mo with your time.
Keep your living costs at $3k/mo. You need to bank your money. If you can't do this then you're STUCK.
Making $50k/mo and your living costs are $30k-$40k/mo? You are royally fucked.
$100k/mo for a year, you bank $97k/mo. You now have $1.2mil.
Wind down your consulting business so you are spending around 20 hours a week on it, and earning $10k-$30k/mo instead of 60 hours a week and earning $50k-$100k.
Keep banking that extra money.
Plan for a business you can grow and sell, like a SaaS company. Your 'big idea'. You don't need investors. You can fund it. You can fund a SaaS company for about $500k.
Build it, grow it, sell it.
Failed?
No problem.
Scale up your $10k-$20k/mo 20 hours a week to 60-70 hours and get back to $100k/mo. You've still got $500k-$700k in the bank.
Bank for another 6 months. You're back up to $1.3mil or so.
Take another punt. This time, you've learned a ton of stuff from your first SaaS. Put another $500k into it. You'll probably succeed.
Failed a second time? No problem. Rinse and repeat. Eventually you'll get it. Maybe you fail 5 times, but boy if you fail at 5 SaaS companies you're going to be a damned master in building them. You'll have the experience and failures from 5 companies and know exactly what you need to do the 6th time, but most people will nail it by the 2nd or 3rd attempt.
Might not be a $100 mil company. Maybe you only scale it up a bit then can't scale further. No problem. Sell it for $15mil and build another.
THAT is how you make $100 mil.
Oh, and with the "can't take a decade", "don't have money to invest". The answer is you can't.
The only way you do it fast is with money AND experience.
Fairly fast is a lot of money, but no experience.
Slow is no money, no experience.
Money and experience, 2-4 years.
Money and no experience, 4-8 years assuming you can fund through failures.
No money and no experience, 6 to 12 years.
There's no way around that. If there were, everyone would be building $100 mil companies.
Here's a reality check :- Ahrefs took 14 years to grow to $100 mil revenue per year. Their profit is much much lower. Maybe $20-$30 mil. That means their company is valued, or was a couple years ago at that point at around $100 mil.
Alex Becker did it, but it took him 10 years from scratch, and he is exceptional. He refined everything in his life. His diet, his health, his mindset and he is incredibly driven. Very few people are capable of that, and it still took him 10 years starting from nothing, so you're asking how to do it faster than Becker did it. That would take an individual with a combination of exceptionally high intelligence, exceptionally high self-beliefs, exceptionally high drive and exceptionally high self-tuning in terms of diet/sleep/fitness/focus.
P.S. I know this isn't YOU asking the question, but I'm answering it for the general person who IS asking this.
I don't care about any of that shit. Houses cars traveling bla bla bla. Pussy sure, but even that's in the background now.
I want to invest in regrowing teeth, and creating cartilage from stem cells, and regrowing limbs, and that kinda stuff! All of those guys that are working on all of that shit are always crying for funding. Oh not enough funding. Ni**a, here is funding, here is $10 million dollars. Can you speed it up please? Or do I need to chain you to a radiator and strap electricity to your private parts? Oh you need $20 mil? Fine, here, FUCKING DO IT!!!
Oh and artificial intelligence. We need AI doctors and radiologists. Humanity needs help, and the medical "professional" assholes need to be brought down a little bit. Because as it stands now they just run around riding everybody to death.
I know a girl, she has some issue with her jaw joint. She had like 7 CBCT/CT scans in the past few months. Do you know why? Because every doctor she goes to wants to do his own scan. Do you know why? Because they wanna charge a few hundred dollars for it. They could very easily just look at the previous CBCT she did a few weeks before that, but they don't. And they'll make bullshit arguments about how not every CBCT is done to scan the jaw joint, some are done just for implants, etc. But that's all bullshit, they just want the money. If they had any concern about not exposing this young woman to more radiation, they would at least take a look at her previous scans and then determine if it's good enough or if she needs another one. They're killing her, for a few hundred dollars. And they fucking lie about why she has to get a new scan every time. It's a scam, it's the mafia, it's bullshit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
And this shit is RAMPANT. It's everywhere. The entire fucking thing... I'd take global anarchy over what we have, because at least then some heads would roll, and people would need to behave.
So that's what I would do with the money. Invest in shit that will take doctors out of the picture as much as possible on the diagnostic side, and also invest in shit that would create proper cures, to take the business away from doctors that do the barbaric fucking joint replacements with titanium and shit. Find a way to regrow teeth, and the entire dental implants industry goes to shit. People benefit, piece of shit doctors get hit right in their wallets.
It would be glorious!
And it's here. It's reality. It's happening. They just cured sickle cell anemia with crispr recently. AI is coming in, and it's gonna outwork and outthink everyfuckingbody. And it won't lie! How many scientists out there are falsifying and making things up in scientific papers, and then entire treatments and lifestyles are affected by it? There's a lot of that that's been discovered, but imagine how much of it is out there that hasn't been discovered? A TON! I don't know how these people live with themselves.
So I'm no scientist, I'm no biologist, I'm no chemist, I'm no physicist. I do try to make money, I like that. All of those scientists and biologists and chemists and physicists cry about what? Needing funding. So if I could get my hands on a couple hundred mil/bil, I could fund the people and procedures I feel have a good chance of success, and everybody wins. Humanity wins. Only a lot of stupid fucking doctors would lose, and I would be so happy. 1000 orgasms happening at the same time. Those incompetent inhumane fucking assholes!
So yeah. Can you give me $100 million dollars? Please. Pretty please. With a cherry on top
