write 400-500 word articles and submit them to associated content. submit 5-10 such articles every day for a week. you'll probably get $1-$3 per article.

The fastest way to make money is to read the forum and actually try implementing what you read. Don't expect people to spoon feed you since there is a lot of valuable information available right here.
