How to lose 500+ selling on ebay

I sold digital items on ebay. I did not do my due diligence in this. I thought of a idea and started straight away. After selling 2k worth of the item I made $82. When the fee came from ebay is was $143 and now I have a buyer that purchased multiple in a "pending" state on paypal putting me -$499 plus the loss from the fee. Not here to complain or say it's bs. *although if you know how to get that 499 back I would be greatfull* Just stating always research something before you try it. I'm sure there's threads on here that would have shown me I shouldn't have done that. Don't be me haha

No, there's nothing on ebay side or paypal. It just went to pending and has stayed there for over a week. Another person did this too and it's been pending for a month or more.
