I have a few YouTube accounts that are old, 2006-2009 with 1-6m views that I bought a few years ago, I have an email, password, and only recovery email ( no password for recovery email).
Now when I try to log in, the only solution to log in is to verify on some device on the Gmail app.

Is it possible to somehow get back those accounts or they are officially dead?

Seems like you got scammed or you ruined the account.
You must not change anything after buying such accounts.

You may just look around, go on YT, search stuff on google, bookmark etc..
You must warm up the account.

From who you bought the accounts?
I know a seller who has full long list of instructions how to work with such accounts after buying.
Changing anything after buying is BIG RED flag to google and you will get it locked.

Are you able to log in or it just doesnt let you log in?
If you could log in normally then you can change recovery email, without needing to access old recovery email

If you have the email address for the recovery email, you can try to reset the password for that email. It will give you access to the recovery email, which you can then use to recover your YouTube accounts.

I haven't changed anything since I bought it. I ruined the accounts because I was using with VPN and I didn't have money anymore for the VPN and now after 2years I try to login and I can't

You didn’t provide enough info for Google to be sure this account is really yours. Google asks for this info to keep your account secure.
If possible, when signing in:
  • Use a device where you’ve signed in before
  • Use a familiar Wi-Fi network, such as at home or work

    I can't do nothing

without using the app is really difficult, because only from there you can allow the access, any change on location wifi anything can triger that verification if you have the access you log in , if you don't have the phone number were the sms is sent, or the promopt to allow the access account is gone.
