How to log in to a telegram .session account?

I need some guidance under this also , hope to get some answers aswell.
The worst of all is that where I bought the account there is no tutorial on how to log in to the account

Do this in Telegram from desktop:
1. Settings > Advanced > Import Data > Import session (choose your .session file)
this option does not appear anywhere

with a bot only. it works that way since im using same. So find a bot that can handle the files and ur good to go

I got a bot that can handle .session file but it still asks for a code lmao

Load your .session file with Telethon or Pyrogram—if it doesn’t ask for a code, you’re in. If it still demands a code, the session expired, and without that phone or 2FA you’re out of options.
Do I have to know programming to login via telethon or pyrogram?
