How to link US Bank to Adwords?

I see there are 2 options on adwords. one is Card and another is Bank account. I have my own bank account from SunTrust. But I cannot do verification on adwords. I see only some kind of Error.

Please explain what is that "some kind of error". Does the error say "Please apply shampoo thrice and conditioner thrice and try to add the bank account again" ? Is that the "some" kind of error ?
