How to Link post Thumbnail image to post link ?

Hello BHW friends..
How to set post Thumbnail Image ( can't click) to can click and link to that post ?

I hope you guys understand my question.

What blogging platform are you using? Can't you just make the image a standard <a href= link?

I using blogspot, can't use with standard image code , for image Thumbnail.
my question mean is,,, at my site 1starmovies (dot ) blogspot(dot) come
or other some template too...
at the main page of site there is auto thumbnail image from post after posted ( right .? )
from that Thumbnail image to click-able and go to link post ( as click to Title and Read more links).
