How to link payoneer MasterCard to PayPal?

I can't link my payoneer card to PayPal? Can you? What country is your paypal

Yes you can't link,this written clearly in payoneer support page
 
Has been discussed all over the web for at least 1 year :D it's not possible you want to find a different EMI provider.
 
i dont think so payoneer can link to paypal anymore right now
 
Hmm. I have my payoneer card linked with paypal and even made payments recently.
 
i'm guessing you're probably from pakistan trying to do this. well this method was valid a few years back, now paypal has restriced any kind of links with payoneer for you to verify your paypal. i heard the method is working again but i haven't tried it out yet. best you can do is buy paypal stealth accounts off from bhw, there are some good sellers over here

Hi there I'm new here. If your PayPal and Payoneer Account linking fails, you need to check these two things first. Very first thing, you have provided USA country while creating your PayPal account since the Virtual account provided by Payoneer is also from Bank of America. Second, make sure the name on your PayPal and Payoneer account is same or not. Thats it. :)
