how to link from web 2.0 to money site

Should I link from web 2.0 to my money site sub pages with proper anchor text? Or just link to money site root domain?

where you link depends on your purpose
if you want to optimize the homepage then link to your HP
if you want to optimize the inner pages, then link to the particular page
regarding anchor, yes, use anchor text with your targetted phrase/keyword
in some cases you need to vary the anchor text a bit, using related phrases
in other cases, you probably don't need it

You can vary it a bit, but not a great deal, you don't want to get away from the main keyword.

If you're planning to rank for the main keyword then it's better to use the main keyword as anchor text about 90% and 10% Lsi keywords as anchor text!!
