I have created android app i want to know how to launch the app in android market.

Can anybody help me ....

its just simple: 1. Create a gmail account (if you don't have already) 2. Go to Google Play Developer 3. Submit your app info and the .apk file viola your app will be published within 24 hours.

I tried to do the Registration. It is asking for 25$, is it one time fee or monthly .

Its one time fee, once payment is completed then you can publish unlimited apps. As simple as that.
