How to know where my numbers are used?

Hey, I have to change my phone number. I'm getting a new one so I have to change the old phone number to my new number and there are lots of sites and services that I use this number and every one of them has 2-FA signing in. And I kinda don't remember all the names of those sites.

So, how do I know on which sites I have used my number all these years?

Like on Facebook, we can see in settings how many apps and websites I let to connect with my facebook account, right?

Please help me out on this!
