How to know when the hottest products come out?!

Would like to create websites and promote them before a hot clickbank product comes out.
Is there any website or something where the vendors announce their releases and give short information about their product?

I think Cb-engine allows has a feature like this if you subscribe.

But you can just use CB marketplace and check out the "New Products" in any niche.

You can find some real goldmines if you notice one early. Just have to make sure the niche is hot and there are buyers.
