How to know what's a facebook ad are targeting?

Hello!

I'm on Facebook PPC now but I'm struggling in targeting. But I know some of my competitor's page and their ad so I want to know how to know their ad's targeting (interest, job title......)

And if that thing is impossible so I want to know how to target that competitor's page too. Is scraping their's page UID and then upload to custom audience legit?

What product do you offer for FB ads?

You cannot know what others are targeting. Scraping custom IDs is against FB TOS but people still do it and getting away with it currently.

The target depends on products offering so need analyze the feature of products and choose target

Indeed.That is the most important thing when you start ppc campaign.There are many guides for successfull facebook marketing, you should read them.
