How to know someone's ban reason on BHW?

I see threads with banned users, how can you know the reason why they got banned?

When you visit their profile it shows "This user's profile is not available."

It's written under the username of the person
but that's not always the case

The popular members and members banned for a specific reason (failed to resolve dispute, multiple rules violation, etc.) are usually mentioned. If the member is banned for spamming or creating multiple accounts, you may not find the reason for ban.

Ban is the case between staff and banned member. You should not digg it because it will end the mod abuse.
Staff is working based on https://www.blackhatworld.com/help/terms/
And each section on BHW can have own, pinned rules.
