How to know if the problem in my content or backlinks??

Hello everyone,
I'm trying to rank for a spanish clickbank product keyword, everything is okay on the first month ..
my website keep moving ( #85 then #53 then #39 then #21 ) and I saw it only once at #7 then it returned back to #21,
now my website age is ( 2 months and week ) but until now it still dancing between #21 and #19
although i still building backlinks ( most of them are 30+ PA expired web 2.0 and blog comments )

my keyword difficulty is ( 20 according to moz tool ),
and my social signals and link profile are stronger than all of my competitors ( according to ahrefs.com )
and my onpage seo is about 92% according to websiteauditor, my website weakneas only is it's age ..
all my competitors websites ages are between 2 and 4 years old

So where is the problem??? i do everything to rank but i could not
and i don't have enough money rightnow to purchase guest posts or to build a PBN, please help me and i'm sorry for my weak english

Age plays a role as you said, so patience is needed. Or make links and you need different types and stronger links, that you could get by outreach, link swaps or pbn.

If the general trend you're seeing is that it's increasingly moving upward, then probably keep doing what you're doing. Jumping up to #7 then back to #21 is fairly normal and not necessarily alarming if you were only briefly up at #7. If you were solidly on the first page for an extended amount of time and then fell down to the third page, then that would potentially be concerning. But it sounds like your link has been gradually crawling upward.

It gets exponentially harder to move up positions the further you rise in the SERPs. (In general), going from 90th to 20th is easier than going from 10th to 7th, which is easier than going from 2nd to 1st. If it seems like the keyword is starting to plateau, that's normal. But while it is harder to gain those ranks at the higher positions, you're also getting more value for going up ranks, since each increase in position is exponentially more valuable than the last, gets exponentially more clicks, etc.

If your on-page is optimized and enough relevant content then it's usually about backlinks and authority. Have you compared your backlink profile to competitors? Ahrefs has a good feature for that, not sure if it's possible to use without a subscription. In general, my advice would be to keep building backlinks and watch serps. Many have said web2.0 doesn't give the power anymore it used to, and while blog comments are good, be sure to get them to pages that are relevant and aren't spammed to death with comments. Then come contextual links and PBN which give trust and authority.

Make some strong baclinks and wait for some more months

Its usually about backlinks but check your content for over optimization too. Be patient and wait several weeks for results to settle.

Your site is still moving good so you dont stop build your backlinks.

My Suggestion - Compare with your competitors you have to build high quality traffic links to pushup your position fast.

Don't find problem later, while you post content compare with your competitors and try to give the best piece.

if you think there is nothing being problem, then it might be just a "google dance"

Domain age is important indeed.
To prevail your competitors your aim needs to be building more backlinks to have a diverse profile, don't forget about their quality.
