Hi,
I was running a super unknown niche with just myself using churn and burn $350 accounts. Recently during the "suspicious payments" crisis I have had a hard time setting up any ads, but the ones I was able to setup for $1 went through quite quickly without a specific keyword that I've been using for my ads since May of 2018.
As of 1 week ago I was able to setup an ad with this keyword after numerous attempts for $50/day and it ran for about a day and a half when it got suspended for suspicious payments. Recently a competitor that advertises sometimes (not too often), switched to Bing ads instead of Google ads for unknown reasons.
Could this be that the keyword is banned? I keep trying to setup ads with the keyword, with no luck so far and just get suspended for suspicious payments before the keyword goes from eligible to approved/rejected. As of recently (one day ago) I setup an ad with the same titles, and description, but with different keywords in adwords express and it started getting impressions with the lowest threshold ($1.98).
