How to know if Google indexed your link?

All right BHers,

I've been focusing more on my link-building in the last 2 months and I've noticed that some of the links, even 6-7 weeks old, are still not showing up in the aHrefs backlink profile. Two of those are do-follow and from high DA (88), although it's a forum.

Is Ahrefs reliable with this? Is there any other way I can check it? (for free, if possible)

Also, how to make Google index those links faster? I've got at least 5 that are still not showing up.

Usually it takes 7 to 8 days maximum to index it. But if you want it to be soon then you should submit ur site map to Google so bot can crawl ur content and url and index it.

Brostip : Have patience till 7 days. I understand ur excitement but Still Control ur emotions.

You could google the link, use site: in google
check your google console (if you have it)

Is Ahrefs reliable, it is to a degree, there are always room for errors with any tool you use
1. some sites stop ahref from crawling it
2. ahref hasn't crawled it yet
 
For a link, being showing up on ahrefs doesn't mean it's indexed or ever will be,
to get your links indexed, you have to bring google crawlers into them one way or another,
So, it really depends on the number & quality of links in here to decide how to index them,

if they are a few, you can simply post them on relevant blog posts that auto approve comments,
If you have hundreds or thousands of them, you can use some indexing service like eliteindexer (you can request 100 links as a trial from their BHW BST thread)

PS: A link with high DA/PA/DR/UR doesn't necessarily make it a high-quality link, a lot of factors are involved here, so don't rely only on some fancy metrics. In fact, you can create thousands of crappy high DA/PA profile links using some tool like rankerx easily

To check index status of your links, you can google "site:https://examples.com/page", if it returns your link, then it's indexed
for multiple links, you can use some scraping tool like Scrapebox or PhPSeo

THIS! If you only need to check 10-20 of them you can do it manually without an issue. Just yesterday I checked 34 of them, one by one, and only took me a few minutes
 
To check if the site is indexed type site:(link)
 
Ahrefs is not reliable
To be sure check with google

Don't give a shit about what ahrefs shows. It can show anything. Rely on the GSC and analytics. These are the tools.
 
Search on Google for link is only reliable way as if ahrefs has link does not mean Google has too.

I'm a bit confused, though... not sure if my question was understood correctly.

I want to know how can I learn if Google has indexed a new backlink to my website?

I've used the "site:URL" tactic and the page on which there's a backlink to my website shows up in Google. How do I know if it's been crawled so the link to my site is indexed, though?

If google indexed the page which has link to your website, then it means google crawled that link too.
 
Create XML site map and submit to the google search console, So that the crawlers can easily visit your website.
