how to know focus keywords of certain article ?

i want to know what page or article using ,,,i mean focus keywords
and what is the limit length of keyword that i can use ? because yoast plugin just say that i use so long keyword and it indicate to red color as a bard result

You have to search keyword in some tools like theses:

Premium tools:
-Semrush
-Ahrefs
-KWfinder

Free tools
-Uber suggest
-Cocolyze - keyword planner (very useful)
-Surfer seo

Also you can do the keyword research yourself, manually. But this way is more difícil for beginner

Later focus your article in 1 main keyword and 4 secondary keywords. You can use them for title and sub headings. Remember don’t exceed it, because will be considered spam. There are a lot of post here where you can find more information.

but i use yoast plugin to write article and it just have rectangle named ( focus keywords ) just this place to add main focus keywords -- and u tell me to add secondary ones how that
 
I have heard that yoast seo is having issues at late update. I’d recommend you to use rank math seo.
 
If you are new to keyword research, try Ubersuggest along with videos and all, you will be able to learn more about keywords how to use them in the content.
 
You can use Semrush or you can do it manually to find the most relevant keyword. Use it logically in your article and don't force it.
 
I can confidently recommend Ahrefs from my experience
