How to know ETH Ethereum transaction fee?

Multiple cases where coins mysteriously disappear from that wallet - without proof of any hack or malware infection etc..

Safest bet is to use MyEtherWallet for ETH / Alts and Hardware wallet - Ledger / Paper wallet or Blockchain.com for BTC..

About Blockchain.com, that's an exchange isn't it? Exchanges aren't safe. They get hacked, they shut down, they do a gaypal and confiscate your cryptos, the owners die and the cryptos are lost forever, etc. I like taking payments on exchanges because there's no risk of a customer copy/pasting a crypto address and making a mistake, and then losing their money. But holding crypto on an exchange doesn't sit well with me. I'd rather die on my own sword.

I'd rather get hacked/robbed than be at the mercy of an exchange.

Having said that...

The precautions I do take is having a good password, which is written on a piece of paper, as well as my seed phrase is on a piece of paper. And I store the private keys for my cryptos on an external USB. In fact, I'll probably get a second USB, to have the private keys on 2 USBs, in case one of them simply stops working.

And of course I'm the security, because I know what to do and what not to do on the internet, so I don't really get viruses and such. But I did run Malwarescan before I installed Exodus, and it came clean.

Having said that, I'm new to all this, and I'm just human, and shit happens.

Would Trezor + Exodus be a good solution to increase security?

Blockchain.com started as an Chain Explorer and online wallet - the exchange functions are added just recently, but yes if you want to be 100% safe paper wallets and hardware wallets are the best bet.

And you did not read what i wrote - Exodus coins disappeared even without any malware in some cases, so i would not touch it..

if exchange list 0.004 eth than the fee is 0.004.
but right now most exchange fee is set to dynamic always careful

Well, Exodus seems like the real deal to me.

I mean, who's to say the kid the wife god the devil didnt do it in those cases where the cryptos "magically vanished"

Who's to say the person wasnt drunk high on drugs has amnesia and cant remember that they transferred the cryptos.

Who's to say its not competitors to Exodus making shit up.

I did google about what you said and most people seem to have gotten hacked because Exodus used to send backup emails, i guess for password recovery or something.

But Exodus saw what was happening and discontinued doing that.

Ultimately man, theres only so much i can do to own/trade/sell crypto and do it safely but still have some fun with it.

I withdrew some ETH earlier today. The exchange had 0.004 as fee.

I received 0.006 less ETH than i withdrew

So an additional 0.002 fee was lost in the process.

Just saying :)
