How to kick out a forum thread page from SERPS

Hey guys,
I was googleing my service today.
I found a bad review about my service on the first page directly under my service. It was posted on a trusted domain with pr 6.

Now I wonder if can kick out this thread of the SERPS.
I will try to spam it with shit backlinks.

What do you think, is this going to work or do you have any other ideas?

Reply to the thread with an explanation if something went wrong, AND a solution to make the customer happy (and perhaps edit his post as well?).

I did. The problem is the following:
If I search for my service in google, directly under my service on the second place it says something like "SERVICE SUCK!!!"
This kills my business, because people are not reading the thread, but they see the headline.

Yes, but then they will click on the link to know "why" the service sucks. And when they will see that you actually care about your customers and you resolved the problem, they will trust you even more

OR if you are still uncomfortable with that, you could ask the forum member to edit his post and the thread title (they can usually do that in "Advanced" editing). Offer an incentive if needed.

Flood the page with knowem properties, they usually easy to rank against forum etc and you can always blast them with SB or Xrumer links to give them more juice.

I would create 10 fake review sites and rank them on the first page for your service keyword. This shouldn't be too hard, because I'm guessing your service name isn't competitive to rank for as it's somewhat branded. This will just push the bad page to page 2 of the SERP where no one will ever see it

Fake reviews may not be ethical, but this is BHW and we all have mouths to feed.

First : Improve your service. If there is some bad review then try to learn from it

You can try getting other pages like your twitter profile, facebook profile, linkedin, Youtube and other related links in top 10 so the forum link is pushed to the bottom. It wont be that difficult at all

If you think the thread is Libelous then notify the website mods explaining why you think so. If the thread is absolutely libelous with no doubt whatsoever(disgruntled customer making up stuff) Then consider sending a solicitors letter. Apart from that build up your facebook/twitter/pinterest/instagram etc blogger etc. There are sellers in the BST offering a positive review service which you could use to suppress the bad news.

Post several reviews on other forums/blogs, and rank them to push the bad thread out of the SERPs.

The best way would be to contact the person who left the review. Refund him or deliver the service again to him and ask him to remove/edit the thread in return. I think any normal person would love to do that. And if he refuses, then the only option would be to post the reviews on your service on other forums and review sites and rank them up which would push the bad review forum link down in the search engines.

Create a positive review on that same forum with the KW in the title and throw a few good links at the thread you create and it will replace the bad thread! And try and link from the bad thread to the good thread as well!

This (above). Note his word "replace" and not "push down" or "be alongside". Google is not going to clog up the 1st page with multiple reviews of your site on that one keyword. It's going to list ONE review. WHO'S review is the question. Just make the positive review have the same kw density and distribution as the bad one, and give it a lot more juice. Maybe build a 2-tier pyramid behind it.
