Simple question: I am re-installing wordpress and I want all new pages and content but for Google I want to keep my old pages alive except the index page. Is there a way to create a page add the old content to it and give it the old URL example: mysite.com/this-is-old-post, in my new installation I do not need to have that page but I want to re-create it and have it alive for google since it already has it indexed? SO when google visits my old page which he indexed mysite.com/this-is-old-post is still accessible for him? Is there any plugin to rename the page permalink tot he old one?

    Thanks in advance.

So why are you wanting to wipe it at all?

Why not simply keep Wordpress installed and just remove those current pages from the public view? (As in, take them off the menus, etc)

Then you can still install a new theme, etc, keep the old pages, and continue to add new pages, without breaking anything.

I only have the domain not the FTP so when I change DNS to my new server I want to install a wordpress but I want to keep old pages alive with the same link since they are indexed and ranking.

If you have access to the old install...
    Tools > Export

    Go to new install and
    Tools > Import

Will clone ALL posts and pages, then just delete what you don't want to keep.

I know about import but I do not have access to the current FTP where the wordpress is and the permalink structure is just wrong so my new installation will have better permalink structure, all I am looking for is keeping those old pages alive with same URL...

But you own this site already? In order to control those old links, you're going to need access to it in some way or another so when you transfer hosting, you can keep all the old content in place....

Did you purchase this from someone else?

I purchased the domains from the person in question but he says no access to FTP and he has no time for these, it's about 30 m=domains in a particular niche. No option to have access to FTP just the domains and good old wordpress fresh install but I can copy past old content, what I want is to have the same url for the page and past the old content. I do not want to display the old pages to users it's just for google since they are already indexed so I don't want dead links for him.

Alright, so how about this instead....

Because your new install is going to have a better URL structure, then 301 redirect all those old links to the new pages. If you're going to be copying/pasting content over, then you're going to end up with new URL structures for those pages unless you manually edit each of those (which you can also do). You don't necessarily want to have to manually do that for every single page, though, right? How many pages are there?

Yeah something like that, I think I found the plugin for it, will test and post if anyone else need to know, it's called: custom permalinks and what it does is if I create a page and copy past old content I can set the URL manually to the old ones. Thanks for support guys.
