How to keep creating accounts/ Many accounts

I want to get into Instagram for my clients which means I have 30+ accounts and most may be banned often requiring me to create new accounts regularly.

What steps do I need to take to prevent these accounts from being banned right there off?
I don't have any knowledge of proxies so any advice there from someone with experience would be huge.

you're better of buying an account and adding an email and confirm it, so if it asks for verification you have the data
