how to keep android from shuttin down

my samsung android phone turns off(really it just shows "Samsung" with a blue flashing glow) when there's no signal. is that normal? how do i keep it from doing that?

Go to a gsm repair shop. Most probably you need a software rewrite.

Your phone boot on to android or not! Try to install flash again...
If still you are having problem write here more information. The device boot on to the android homescreen or just showing "Samsung" logo?
