How to join Taobao affiliate program?

I don't speak Chinese, so have to trust Google translate
But nevertheless I have a good monetizing idea. I found out that TaoBao has an affiliate program but I didn't found how to join it. So does someone know how to join taobao? thx

Yeah I found that info from Google too.

I have one site which most visitor come from China (dunno if bots), so I thought that i would put some ads or something, TaoBao covers about 70% of ecommerce traffic in china so I reckon that it could bring couple bucks. But if it so hard to join its affiliate program then I let the site be as it is now.

Or does someone know some other affiliate program which would arouse chinese's attention?

I am trying to sign an affiliate contract now with TaoBao to get access to their API (open.taobao.com). So, if you want I can keep you updating.
