How to join 100's of Facebook Groups

I have tried accountsdominator, and ninjablaster but I am having a hard time searching and join groups automatically.

Does anyone have a method to join 100's of groups in your general niche so they can advertise affiliate offers to the groups.

I don't think this method works in FB anymore. They'll ban you the first time you post an affiliate link to 100's of groups IMO.
