HOW TO: IP ROTATION

Hi guys, I hope everyone's fine. I have EE Sim Card (United Kingdom) in my Phone. It's giving me a specific IP address. I know that my mobile phone is in connection with a tower via the sim card. Now, what if I want my mobile phone to connect to another mobile tower. In short, I want to rotate my IP address. How would I do that?

Toggling airplane mode and hoping the IP changes after is certainly a way to go about it, but it's not guaranteed that your IP changes. I believe you'll have to be in proximity of at least 2 cell tower ranges for marginally better success.
The best way to go about rotating your IP is if you're using a proxy.

VPN Hmmmmmm....!! No... Basically, as you may remember, I'm in a process of creating some mobile proxies so that I can sell them here on BHW after buying Jr. VIP Membership. So, I was wondering that once I have those mobile proxies, how will they rotate the IP. Now, I know.. hehe......

Also you can install some kind of automation e.g. Macrodroid app + a webbook for AP on\sleep 2sec\AP off.
Then it is enough to open a link in browser in order to reset IP on the phone.
