How to invite crawlers to my website?

I have been running a site for more than one year. once it has more than 3k impressions and 200 more clicks. But now it is almost 0. One SEO expert worked for 6 months. He informed me that this domain is inactive, crawlers are not coming, it is dead. How can I reactivate my domain?. What steps should I take to bring crawlers?
