german life insurances. they are backed up by gazillion of other insurances (thats btw you get negative returns. BUT they are risk free even above 100k e)
can give you 5 other "risk free" options more..
You need to understand economics, the risk with German Life Insurance is the Low Interest Rates

Take these advices from somoone who tried almost everything:
1. Don't buy sites here or any where else. Don't beleive those telling you you can make $ 5000 per monthly from that site. Why will someone sell you the site if it can make money?
2. Don't reply to messages . most of these are scammers.
3. Don't buy anything offered to you. You will just lose your money.
4. See what you love. Social media, articles, Ecommerce...etc and learn more about these . Always start small and don't invest a lot. You will need this money after you learn stuff.

OP, this is a classic sting. He is trying to lead you into a false sense of security, then one day BANG, your 2000 spondoolies have gone.

OP: in my opinion spend $1k on buying small website or app that makes some money then you can do marketing of it continued.
And save $1k for running ongoing and spend somewhere else try to diversify your investment will be good.
