How to integrate Amazon API in affiliate site?

I want to integrate amazon product listing on my site so for example, if someone is searching for a product like this mydomain.com/search/product-name, the script to be able to display a listing of the found results.

Anyone knows how this can be done? I think it can be done using amazon api, but i am not sure.
