How to install Winrar in XFCE?

How to install Winrar in XFCE? i have a vps for it I need something that can rar files and make password...

You need to install via the shell. There is no winrar for linux, just unrar which is a freeware and does not have a visual shell, just command line.

If it's Fedora-core based or Redhat, just run yum install unrar

For your own system, look for its package manager and do the same.
