I run Vuze for torrents.

You need to set up the webserver (i.e. apache2) and then install your torrent client per the documentation. You access it via the web interface in the browser(firefox, chrome, safari whatever) on your pc (not the dedicated server), as far as accessing firefox from within the the dedicated server itself you will need to install vncserver on it.
