How to install themeforest WP themes

Hey BHW
I found a themeforest wordpress theme pack on here but i'm struggling to have it installed on wordpress.

When I try to install a theme on my wp admin panel it says cannot find style.css

I went on google/youtube and did a quick search on how to install themeforest themes and saw that it cannot be installed normally. Let's say I want to install bluelight

I have the compressed folder "themeforest_bluelight". Inside, there are many folders such as "bluelight" "PSD" "Help files" etc.
I tried compressing the "bluelight" file (which contains the actual bluelight theme files) and uploading it to my wordpress admin panel without success.
I read the help files and It has the installation how-to, but it says to drag it into my wp folder which I don't have because I installed wordpress on hostgator via quickinstall.

I am lost. Please help me lol

You don't need to compress anything, just draw the file from the folder and install it.

Most themes comes in folder..

Wordpress has instructions on their website about installing themes manually: http://codex.wordpress.org/Using_Themes

Themeforest themes mostly come with its on Installation guide in Zip folder
Secondly make sure you upload theme zip file inside the main folder

Log on in your FTP, next step - go to the folder /wp-content/themes/your-themfolder

You should find file style.css there

Yeah, that's the theme folder. Are you sure you compressed it in ".zip" format and not in .rar/.7zip?

Just compress it in Zip and upload in the WP admin panel ? What's a big deal ?

Find the folder with style.css in it. Drag and drop that whole folder into wp-content/themes using Filezilla.
