How to install proxy check on web host?

I can't seem to figure it out but is there a script that I can install on my webhost to check my proxy list a lot faster? something like charon or something. Can't save I have the best internet but my webhost is awesome and would make things alot faster. Any suggestions

I would like to get some script that scrapes other site and posts proxy list from it.
