how to install php script into my site?

That script is broken from the seller. I believe he bought the project on Flippa while it was missing some files. It's missing the AJAX that serves the download after an offer credits. I'm working on a patch for it though, contact me on Skype if you're interested in buying.

Your hosting server could be using an incompatible version of PHP (older version) than the script was written in. Check to make sure it's the same.
Might also be worth making sure the Ajax / PHP servlets are running.
