How to install fanpage temple on Facebook page

Can anyone give me 'up to date' instructions as to how I can add a really smart template that I have to a new Facebook page? I have searched and watched countless videos. The problem is that none of the instruction relate to the new Facebook pages interface.
i.e. I cannot find the iframe app that Facebook are now using.
I know that if anyone knows they will be here.
